Keyboard shortcuts, using Cirkit on a phone, and a few settings.

Keyboard shortcuts

  1. Ctrl/⌘ + scroll, or a pinch: zoom around the cursor · Shift + scroll: pan sideways
  2. Ctrl/⌘ + F: search the schematic
  3. Ctrl/⌘ + C: copy the text you've highlighted with Select
  4. Ctrl/⌘ + click a part: open its datasheet
  5. Esc: finish placing an equation's inputs (Eq In)
  6. Proposals: W wire · R rotate · Delete remove · arrows nudge · Ctrl + Z undo · Ctrl + Shift + Z redo · Esc deselect
  7. Trace playback: ← and →
  8. Comments: Ctrl + Enter sends

On a phone

  1. Open a project as usual: the tools are in a bar along the bottom, and panels open as sheets from the bottom.
  2. Pinch to zoom; tap a part or annotation to open it.
  3. To annotate, tap Annotate, move and resize the box over a net, region or part, then tap Done.
  4. Proposals and traces can be viewed and played on a phone; they're drawn on a computer.

Theme, import and export

  1. Open the ⋯ menu for Light theme / Dark theme.
  2. Export JSON saves the project's annotations, measurements and equations to a file; Import JSON… brings them back in.
  3. Help & feedback sends the Cirkit team a question or bug report, with a screenshot if you like.
